Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, nie trzeba poruszać się samochodem. Oaza w centrum miasta. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Czysto, na pewno wrócimy.
Jeśli ktoś jest bardzo wrażliwy na hałas to niestety bardzo słychać tramwaje. Nam nie przeszkadzały. Ale jest zima, balkon i okna pozamykane.
