HAPPYESTATE - Just In Center ul Krawiecka 3

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, dobre połączenia miejskie, dojazd do szpitala , pkp.

Nie mogłam połączyć się z w-fi

The room was indeed very clean and comfortable, even for two people—that doesn't happen regularly. Beds: very good and comfortable. Extra-large, full-wall window facing the street (noise-insulated). Easily adjustable air conditioning. Good, secure access to the building, which is modern and quite newly built right in downtown. Very good location—a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Very comfortable and clean bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Once you get in touch with the reception, they are indeed very friendly and helpful.

The reception, where you get your keys, is nearby but not so easy to find. It needs better, clearer signs. In my apartment, there was no Wi-Fi at the beginning. I had to call the reception, and the receptionist had to leave her office and bring the modem, which she kindly and swiftly did. Phone communication with the reception is a nightmare. It took me 10-12 tries to connect, and this seems to be the norm. The receptionist—a very helpful person—admitted that they are a one-person desk and need to handle everything from phone calls (just a single line!), incoming reservations, check-ins and check-outs, communicating with the cleaning staff, etc. As everywhere—more simple hooks would be very useful all around the apartment, especially in the bathroom. A cheap and super-useful solution to make the stay more comfortable.

Perfect location. You are just a little away from the side of Wrocław’s Market Square, but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise of the nightlife.

My stay was almost a week long. My small kitchen garbage can was full after a couple of days, and no instructions were provided on what to do with it. The receptionist was unable to answer my question and promised to call me back, but she never did.
