Happy ESTATE Apartments - Rynek

The location was very central, easy to access transport links. Although on the main square, you could not hear the hassle and bustle of the restaurants below in the flat itself. The staff were polite and explained well where the flat was located as the flat was located a short walk from the office where the keys were picked up (approx. 5 min walk). The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, even including a washing machine within the flat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was clean and well presented and modern. Plenty of crockery and cutlery was provided, and a dishwasher was also in the flat. Overall great value for money, great staff and clean premises, would stay here again if I were visiting Wroclaw in the future.

The building itself is quite old and common areas of the building are not well maintained. The flat was also up quite a lot of stairs which was manageable but inconvenient. Nevertheless, these two points did not discourage us from staying here.

Beetje onduidelijk hoe je binnenkomt. Slaapkamers redelijk groot en alles goed schoongemaakt.

Boiler werkte niet goed. Staat van onderhoud mag beter. Keuken/woonkamer zeer klein.

Lokalizacja świetna, na samym rynku, mieszkanie spore ale nie pierwszej świeżości. Bylismy na 1 noc, nawet pół nocy ;) więc nie mieliśmy zbyt wygórowanych oczekiwań i zostały one spełnione za tę cenę. Na dłużej jednak nie wiem czy bym wybrał ponownie to miejsce. Ogolnie w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne to było ale jakość łóżek i wykonczenie mieszkania już słabe, przydałby się remont, ale wtedy cena pewnie nie byłaby juz taka sama :). Klatka schodowa jak to w kamienicach, zaniedbana.

Można by chociaż odświeżyć pokoje chociaz na krótki pobyt do przeżycia

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines Altbaus direkt am Markt mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf den lebendigen Platz. Dementsprechend laut ist es, auch in der Nacht- das sollte man bedenken bei der Buchung.

Was nicht nachvollziehbar ist: viele Rezensionen bewerten die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung zurecht negativ. Es wäre mit wenig Geld und Aufwand möglich diese Mängel zu beheben. Mal ein Bett oder eine Matratze austauschen, ein bisschen Geschirr und eine Pfanne kaufen, einfach mal durchwischen, den Staubsauger reparieren.... es ist ein Rätsel, wieso man lieber soviel Kritik einkassiert, anstatt zu reagieren. Vielleicht könnte man dann auch ein paar Euro mehr berechnen? Nun ja. Davon abgesehen, alles ok.
