The price was fantastic. Amazing location, close to everything. Unique room design which we thought was pleasant. The bathroom especially was quite nice. Had a reasonably well equipped kitchenette and everything was in working order. WiFi was fast and easy to access. Smart TV in the room which you could watch the bed but not the sofa.
The biggest ‘problem’ was the noise. Room is quite soundproofed to the road but everything from the hallways comes through the door. The bed was creaky but didn’t bother us that much. We couldn’t figure out/reckon the ceiling fan was broken. Cleaning could have been better. It was dusty under the bed and there was broken glass under the sofa but generally reasonably clean. The toilet also annoyed us because it needed about 3 flushes to clear it.

Great little apartment clean and well decorated with good communication from the owner. Location was fantastic right by the station.
Room was a bit tight with 4 of us in there but beds were large so it was fine

Looked cool and the location was great and close to everything.
The fridge did not work, turned all the way up it never got cold, so we had to throw a bunch of food away and couldn't keep any leftovers or make food. The coffee maker worked but was leaking, the toilet brush was broken off, the towels thin and tiny. It felt like no one cared about this place and who stayed here.
