Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry rozkład mieszkania. Bliskość atrakcji oraz miejsc, w których można dobrze zjeść. Cicha okolica choć w samym centrum. Dużo zieleni. Parking pod oknem.
Klatka schodowa do mieszkania zaniedbana i brudna. Bardzo źle pachniało. Klejąca podłoga przed drzwiami wejściowymi do mieszkania. Mocz na półpiętrze. Zapewne właściciel ma na to niewielki wpływ ale to może obniżać ocenę lokalu.
