Fantastic well equipped apartment in beautiful historic city of Brescia

We loved the location of the property with its lovely little balcony looking onto pedestrianised street equipped with table, chairs and even blankets for chilly evenings. Davide was an excellent host , met us at apartment and gave us lots of information. He had provided everything you could need and was extremely flexible with check-in and out times. Loved the homely feel of the apartment and being in a historical building. Would happily return to Casa Roveglia.

Excellent apartment in a great location - we didn't want to leave!

The apartment was in a great location right in the centre of town. It was on a quiet side street within a few minutes walk of the metro and main piazza. The original frescoed ceiling was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent. The large drying rack and washing machine were great. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Our host Davide met us and explained everything we needed to know. He also provided a starter pack of juice, milk, bread sticks, coffee and tea, which meant we didn't have to shop straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casa Roveglia.

The only minor negative was the steep stairs but as it was only one flight and there was a handrail this was only difficult on the day we had luggage to carry up and down. For such an historic building the stairs were to be expected. Davide helped with our luggage - which was unexpected but highly appreciated.

An perfect apartment for a perfect experience in Brescia

A really good and comfortable apartment. The apartment was very well maintained and equipped. Is it very clean and organised. The owner is so nice and ready to help in everything that you need. The location is right at the center and close to the metro station.

I really have to think hard to find something that wasn’t good.

The only apartment to stay at while in Brescia

The location was excellent. The apartment was exactly as shown . We had a 7 night stay, ample extra supplies were in the apartment on our arrival. This was so appreciated. Communication by the host was prompt and polite. Super clean and comfortable. The parking instructions were clear and precise. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone travelling to Brescia.

Wonderful

The apartment is wonderful! We really enjoyed staying here. The historic apartment is newly renovated with lots of love. It is very centrally located so that you have all the historic places just around the corner. The rooms are super clean and fully equipped. Davide welcomed us warmly and took care that there is everything needed. The communication was very smooth. We definitely recommend staying here!

Gem in the center of Brecia's old town

Daniele is a great host. Very helpful and responsive! Situation in the middle of the old town in a pedestrian zone. Quiet (for Italy 😅) and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished sitting room and very good bed. Bathroom is small but adequate.

A great place to stay in Brescia!

The location was excellent and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The host David was very nice and prepared everything we needed. David also prepared water, milk, and other kitchen essentials. The room was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was easy to use and brand new. When we were leaving, David helped us with our luggage. We would definitely choose this hotel if we were coming to Brescia again!

Coming in was a little hard. The stairs on the way up were steep.

Ideal place to spend a few days in Brescia and surrounding places.

Ideal apartment for up to 4 people in vivid but quiet and safe location. Very good equipment and everything needed at hand. Bright front room, balcony for a relaxing coffee-time, host very friendly, helpful and flexible.

All very well, but a second set of keys for a family of 4 should be available.

Highly recommended both the accommodation and Brescia

Davide left an assortment of teas, coffee pods, jams , yogurt, milk, water, chocolates and everyday condiments; most unexpected for apartments we have stayed in our numerous visits to Italy. It also had a very well equipped kitchen. An allround comfortable apartment. Brescia itself is well worth a visit and has plenty to offer.

The apartment is on the first floor with some steep stairs but we are in our 70s and had no problems.

Amazing apartment with a friendly host

The apartment is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as the tourist attractions such as the Castle of Brescia and the Capitolium of Brescia. And it is only about 10-minute walk to the Brescia train station that connects you directly to other cities. There is a balcony for you to see the people on the street and two glass doors that allow fresh air into the apartment. The host is a very friendly person and he thoroughly explained about the facilities in the apartment as well as where you can buy your groceries. In contrast to the classic look of the surrounding area, the furniture and kitchen appliances are modern and new. Cooking your meal is so easy as the host has provided proper utensils as well as the essentials such as olive oil and spices. For those who do not prefer drying your clothes with a dryer, the apartment is equipped with clotheslines. And not only that, the host is kind enough to provide the detergent and softener. I will not think twice about staying in this apartment again if I have the chance to be back in Brescia.

Lovely time in a very nice apartment in the beautiful city of Brescia

Location is well situated near the centre with all needs at hand: restaurant, groceries, bars, all in a nice medieval city centre. The property itself is very nice and comfortable.

Property is in the city centre and difficult to reach by car. However, owner helped us with the luggage and parking space is available in public garages at walking distance against reasonable cost.

Really beautiful apartment and very nice and kind host. Everything was so nicely thought of by the host, fully equipped kitchen, including every little detail like coffee capsules, breakfast jam and honey, etc. Also extra pillows, towels and blankets in case we would need them. The location is perfect, on a nice pedestrian zone right in the centre of Brescia, close to shops, restaurants the beautiful piazza della loggia and Vittoria metro station all within easy reach. Apartment very clean and spacious for a 4 member family. Definitely recommended.

Nothing really it was a perfect stay. The only minor difficulty was the steep stairs to the apartment which can become a bit difficult with heavy luggage but the host was ever so kind to help with carrying our suitcases. Thanks again!

Ottima posizione. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Nell'appartamento (tra l'altro ristrutturato di recente e con tutto nuovo) abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Dal sapone per i piatti e per la lavastoviglie, caffè. rotolo di alluminio, sale/pepe, insomma non abbiamo avuto bisogna di comprare niente. E questo è un servizio non da poco. Grazie di nuovo! Per il resto appartamento davvero comodo, caldo nonostante il freddo fuori, silenzioso

Nel soggiorno c'è un divano-letto, non proprio comodissimo per stare a guardare la TV o rilassarsi. Avrei preferito un classico divano (essendo una coppia), ma capisco che in caso di più persone sia più utile l'opzione divano letto.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, dotata di ogni comfort e perfettamente organizzata per garantire un'esperienza rilassante e senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima, immersa nella tranquillità ma vicina ai principali punti d’interesse della zona. Un luogo ideale sia per una vacanza di relax che per esplorare il territorio circostante. Assolutamente consigliato, non vedo l’ora di tornare!

近くの音楽大学のマスタークラスに参加する為に借りた。グーグルマップ上、1分くらいの近さなのでとても便利で良かった。歴史のある建物の中で落ち着いた時間を過ごせたし、リビングの天井のフレスコ画は歴史を感じられて、とても素敵な時間をすごした。楽しかった。洗濯機やオーブン、電子レンジ、食洗機等、必要な家電はみんな揃っていて、快適だった。

Prachtige locatie midden in Brescia! Schoon, groot en mooi appartement met leuk balkon. Er is aan alles gedacht. De host is super aardig en erg behulpzaam, geeft je leuke tips voor de omgeving en denkt met je mee. Echt een grote aanrader. We hebben genoten, dankjewel!

Fantastisch verblijf in een stijlvol appartement

Een prachtig ingericht appartement met een perfecte balans tussen authentieke charme en moderne gemakken. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, met oog voor detail. Davide, de host is zeer attent en behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn en reageert snel op berichten. Hij regelde zelfs toegang tot de ZTL-zone om in en uit te laden – erg prettig! De locatie is ideaal: midden in het centrum maar toch heerlijk rustig. Het balkon met twee zitjes is een fijne bonus net als de airco voor warme dagen. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust: een comfortabel bed, vaatwasser, koffiemachine, wasmachine (zelfs met wasmiddel), en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Daarnaast is er een privéruimte beneden om fietsen veilig te stallen. Parkeren kan in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage Parcheggio Randaccio, met een gunstig tarief en goede beveiliging. Kortom: een superverblijf, absoluut een aanrader!

Prachtige plek in het hart van Brescia.

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het oude centrum met leuke pleinen, winkels en restaurants. Het apartement was groot, met een prachtig fresco als plafond, en uitzicht vanaf het balkon op het gezellige wandelgebied. De eigenaar Davide had gezorgd dat alles aanwezig was, drinken, koffie enz, handdoeken, en hij had alle tijd om over de stad te vertellen.

Sehr besondere Wohnung mit Charme in einer charmanten besonderen Stadt

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, vor allem in der tollen, neuen Küche. Sie hat ein Ceranfeld, einen Backofen, eine Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle, natürlich einen sehr großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns unter dem Deckengemälde von 1782 äußerst wohl, liebten den Mini- Balkon zur belebten kleinen Straße und das Barfußlaufen auf dem Eichenboden. Den Fernseher brauchten wir nie. Davide ist äußerst freundlich, kompetent, kommuniziert schnell und klar. Er verwöhnt seine Gäste mit Getränken im Kühlschrank, Milch, Saft, Yoghurt, kleinen Dolci, einer Espressomaschine, Tee, Marmelade, Honig, kleinen Knabbereien - zum Kochen sind Salz, Olivenöl, Aceto, Kräuter etc. vorhanden. Das fanden wir absolut besonders! Alles ist bis in den kleinsten Winkel supersauber! Die Lage im lebhaften Viertel Carmine: Ideal für alle Unternehmungen im historischen Stadtviertel, auch der Bahnhof ist schnell erreicht. Die Betten im ruhigen, weil in der Mitte gelegenen Schlafraum waren bequem. Es fehlte wirklich gar nichts! Und Brescia lohnt sich unbedingt, es gibt viel Kultur, ausgezeichnete Lokale (Davide hat Empfehlungen), wunderschöne Plätze und kleine und größere Geschäfte der besonderen Art. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und sehr willkommen!
