The problem with parking was entrance door, only very small car can enter, but there is a lot parking spaces around for a fee. The apartment is located in the center, so everything was close. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm when we arrived, during the night. The middle leg of the sofa should be repaired, it seems quite unstable. Big flat TV screen, very big dinning table, 3 comfortable bedrooms.

Ein unzufriedener Aufenthalt in einer sonst schönen Stadt

Die Lage direkt in der Flensburger war sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war in einem verwohnten Zustand, der in keinem Verhältnis zum relativ hohen Preisniveau stand. Der hochgerollte Teppich im Wohnzimmer war eine Stolperfalle und mußte von uns mit Tape entschärft werden. Für uns 5 Erwachsenen gab es bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt nur 1 Schlüssel! Eine telefonische Kontaktaktaufnahme zum Vermieter gelang in der ganzen Woche nicht. Eine Reaktion über Chat Booking gab es ebenfalls nicht.

Die Superlage am Hafen

Der schmutzige Backofen, die schmutzige Back Platte der Korkenzieher war kaputt. Der Mülleimer im Bad völlig verrottet leider auch nicht staubgewischt auf den Heizung.

Perfekt för en helg tillsammans med våra vuxna barn. Bra läge, centralt och ändå lugnt. Stora bra utrymmen

Lite mjuka sängar. Parkeringen kan inte användas då porten in var alldeles för small. Även till liten bil. Men p-hus finns i närheten. Mattan i vardagsrummet bör bytas eller tas bort då hörnen viker uppåt och är en stor snubbelrisk. Mycket brant gammal trappa upp. Lägenheten en våning upp. Men inget problem för oss. Saknade frysfack

Beliggenhed, hyggelig stor lejlighed i det gamle kvarter. God indretning, rigtig godt bord i stuen til at spille brætspil. Fine senge. Vi kunne godt lide at være der.

Der manglede lidt lys over køkkenvasken, men det er nok mest hvis man lejer om vinteren. Der var lys i køkkenet, så det er en mindre opgradering.

mal . Die Fenster sind etwas veraltet.wir hatten Angst die aussenfenster länger offen zulassen,das sie beim Sturm wegfliegen.einige waren schon gesprungen.Und die Dusche die Türe müsste mal richtig sauber oder erneuert werden.und der toilettendeckel wackelt.

Nichts 2 Mitreisende wurden krank weil wir nicht in die Unterkunft kamen, weil uns ein falscher Zugangscode mitgeteilt wurde

Falscher Zugangscode bekommen und niemand erreichbar. 3 Stunden in eisiger Kälte zugebracht. In beiden Bäder und einen Zimmer war Schimmel. Der Wasserhahn tropfte unentwegt, die Toilettenbrille lose, Licht defekt, Bettwäsche verschmutzt und niemand reagiert auf unsere Reklamation

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter, so haben wir die Wohnung nicht so viel genutzt.

Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Angerostete Rohre, schmutzige Fugen im Bad, Küchenmöbel verlieren Leisten. Die beiden Sofa sind durchgesessen und unbequem.
