The house was suitable for our family, close to everything we needed, beach, shopping and etc and it was kids safe, the kids loved the house . The kitchen has everything that we needed and even more, even though we used our things, the kitchen was well put together, our favourite quiet place was the spa ❤️ 😊 👌.
The cooking stove, it was a struggle at first and kept on turning off once you take the pot out or move a bit.

Excellent house that had everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen was very well resourced with absolutely everything you could think of. Outside area was beautiful too. The location made it super easy to get around as it was close to town and across the road from the RSL however still not in the centre so still peaceful. There was so much information in the house on how to use things and what was available. Communication with the hosts was brilliant. There were so many places inside and outside to sit back and relax. Upstairs had a very comfy large couch with a small toy box which the kids loved. Some mentioned a small dining table however the 8 seater with bar stools at the kitchen was more than enough for us to all be together. The spa was thoughtfully heated when we arrived. Overall, the stay was fantastic and if we head back to Phillip Island, we would absolutely stay again.
I know it’s posted in the listing, so this is not to fault the owners, however Queen beds rather than doubles would be great - it’s very tight for two adults, especially when they’re tall. Also a mattress topper as the doubles were very hard. But again, this isn’t a fault of the house and it wouldn’t stop me from rebooking at all.

we loved the location of this house. they also had everything clearly marked which made use of everything much easier.
They had charging stations around the place which was amazing!!!
The balcony door didn’t lock properly.

A very charming property with lots of light and little trinkets on display. It was perfect for three families and very central location.
The coffee machine didn’t work and an enormous uninvited huntsman gave us quite a fright!
