Family holiday accomodation at its best. This 4 bedroom house boasts a generous size backyard with trampoline, basketball ring, spa and plenty of room for backyard cricket all while soaking up the sun and enjoying a family BBQ on the spacious deck overlooking the backyard.
Located within a family friendly street in Cowes. It's a great opportunity for the kids to bring their bikes and scooters as everything within the heart Cowes is just around the corner.
It's only 1.8kms to Cowes beach, 1km to Grumpy's Crazy Golf, 500m to the RSL Club and only 300m to the Summer Carnival. This home is a great place to base yourself while exploring the many attractions, wineries, restaurants, wildlife and much much more the Island has to offer.
BEDROOMS
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed has a large wardrobe with ample hanging space and TV.
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed with wardrobe and a set of drawers.
Bedroom 3 - Tri Bunk (bottom bed is a double and top is a single) and set of drawers.
This room would be perfect for younger kids!
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ATTACHED TO GARAGE
Bedroom 4 - 1 Tri Bunk plus 1 set of single bunks, a set of draws and TV.
This area would suit teenagers who need their own private space.
It has a bathroom attached with its own toilet, shower and vanity.
**Please Note Garage will not be available for use.
FEATURE LIST
**SPA** - is available for all guests staying at the property. Please be assured that the spa water is tested and ready for use upon arrival.
Linen is supplied - all beds have mattress and pillow protectors, sheets, doonas & pillows, doona covers and pillowcases. We also supply bath towels for each guest.

Complimentary Wifi included.
Dining table with seating for 8 guests
Fully equiped kitchen with Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven

Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and outside clothes line.

Additional accommodation is not allowed on site by way of tents, caravans or similar facilities.
Please ensure all rubbish and waste are put into the correct bins, as per the signage in the pantry.
As per the Health Dept regulations, the number of occupants of a property must not exceed the maximum allowed. Your booking may be cancelled immediately if overloading occurs and extra charges my apply.

We have stayed here before and the second visit didn’t disappoint. Easy walking distance to town. Very comfortable. Spa at the end of the day was fabulous!

The place should not be advertised to accommodate 12 people with space for only a 3 seater couch in an extremely tiny living area. The kitchen is very old and smelly. There were mice inside the house and they had a feast on our bread loaf. Fire place was a warm welcome but not much space to allow few adults to sit around and enjoy. The back yard is spacious and green, basketball ring keeps children busy and SPA is a relaxing escape. The back room is modern and clean but TV was not working.
