About this house rental

Fabulous two story holiday home comprising of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus powder room, 2 living areas, and great outdoor entertaining areas. Fitted out with all beautiful FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, LINEN AND UTENSILS. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday away from home.

Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Cowes. A convenient short drive to Penguins, Koala Park, Maze and Ropes course, Motorcycle Grand Prix track, The Nobbies, Woolamai and Smith's surf beaches and many other popular attractions.
Great features to entertain both kids and adults.

This modern two story home features 5 very comfortable, spacious bedrooms.

A stunning open plan living area with lounge, plasma, dining table and kitchen fitted with microwave and dishwasher, fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Espressotoria Coffee Pod Machine which uses Espressotoria capsules available from Woolworth's & Coles.

Large second living/rumpus with 50 'plasma, DVD/Blu-ray player, (Modular lounge with Queen bed is also 5th bedroom)
Undercover balcony with BBQ, lovely brand new outdoor setting overlooking picturesque Seagrove Lake.

Reverse cycle split system upstairs and downstairs for your comfort.

Ample off street parking available, room for up to 4 cars or 2 cars and large boat.

A children's playground is just 80 metres away and can be viewed from the top floor undercover balcony.


Doonas, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied. - BED LINEN IS ALSO SUPPLIED AT NO EXTRA COST - however BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED and quests need to supply their own.
If you require bath towels please ask as they can be arranged at a cost of $5.00 per towel per stay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and private TV. A fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12 people, lounge with seating for 12 people. Undercover balcony for entertaining overlooking lake.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, second living/rumpus, laundry, games area and outdoor area!

Bed configuration (all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating)

Upstairs - Bed 1 - 1 Queen sized bed.

Downstairs- Bed 2 - 1 Queen sized bed.
Bed 3 - 1 Queen Bed PLUS 1-Tri Bunk Bed = 1 double bed with single bunk on top
Bed 4 - 1 Tri Bunk Bed = 1 double bed with single bunk on top and 1 single bed
2nd Living room/ Bed 5 - 1 Queen bed


Also available (upon request) - High Chair, Porta Cot and Stair Gate at no extra cost!

CHECK OUT IS 10AM- Weekend and Long weekend stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the owner (will depend on cleaning requirements).

ADDITIONAL BOND FOR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) and no bookings accepted for groups under 21.

A photo of ID confirmation (driver's license) is required once a booking has been confirmed for insurance purposes.

PLEASE NOTE; There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number at time of booking.
