Apartment is walking distance from local town centre ( eg restaurants and grocery shops) and beach. Electric charger situated behind the building for those with EV cars that was beneficial for me as I didn’t have to drive around looking for charger. Apartment itself was spacious with open plan kitchen,lounge and dining, equipped with laundry, extensive balcony for entertaining. Bedroom was large a lot of room to move around, built in ensuite and own private balcony.
Few drawback - Entire apartment seems to haven’t been cleaned from previous tenant stays- long black hair found inside ensuite and bedroom . Dead bugs found corner of laundry sliding door and kitchen area. Last disclaimer there is no internet connection so no point connecting to the apartments password.
