130 At The Waves

The host (David) was efficiently communicating and made the entire check-in process seamless. Once in the apartment, the attention to details around provisioning of utilities and consumables showed good thoughtwork. While the kitchen had all the necessary provisions to cook an elaborate meal, a family of 3 in full holiday mode and with lots of excellent food options over the next 3 blocks around the Esplanade, who would cook ? The beds were comfy, bathroom had a small spa as an highlight, TV with internet apps loaded to make your stay inside more comfortable if it is raining outside (had booked over the AFL long weekend and it rained the whole day on the Finals) to make the most by being super lazy OR spend the time in the balcony watching the jetty.

Only drawback of the property is the alloted car park space, which is quite tight in the corner besides the roller shutters which refuse to open while trying to get out as it does not detect your car.

Would be amazing to have a bigger rack to dry clothes after using the washing machine 😀

Clean, neat, comfortable, modern, close to everything

A great spot and close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and we found it very quiet .

Spacious and comfortable and very clean . Plenty of towels . Comfortable beds . They have everything and more . Like glad wrap, foil ,baking paper . Plenty of tea bags , coffee & coffee pods for coffee machine 1 Lt carton milk .
