Loved the location, layout, lift access to each level for older people, had everything you could need. Absolutely fantastic communication and help from the host
Couches were awful….very uncomfortable….need replacing. Would have been nice to have the front facing windows and verandah area cleaned but difficult to keep clean in the weather. Bathrooms clean but stained.

Location was great, so close to town centre - great views. Very spacious and has everything you need in kitchen for stay.
Window furnishings in bedrooms need an update to block out lights. Main couch could also be upgraded.

No breakfast offered, position was excellent.
Improved lounge suit, almost collapsed felt like sitting on the floor, beds were lumpy! BBQ only partially worked, several light globes need replacement, OH&S issue in the kitchen. Oven was filthy. Has a couple of power failures during our visits, several battery emergency light fittings did not work.
