We loved everything about it, one of the staff met us at the property and took us to our apartment which was so helpful. The bed was comfortable, service/communication was fantastic, the location was amazing. Everything about it was great!

The property was only 4 minutes walk to walk to Duomo and Gallery
I disliked trying to fit my car in the lift to raise it to the rooftop . If I had a smaller car it would have been easier .

the location is near Duomo Area
the AC wasn’t working on a very hot day in Milano, and the room was smelling like pee and wasn’t clean it was dusty and even the boiler wasn’t clean
the iron was really small you need 15 mins to iron one piece of clothes
it says that there is a washing machine but there is no washing machine !
