Little Beach Paradise Las Gaviotas

The property was everything we could have asked for and more. An idyllic location with access to an incredible black sand beach. Dedicated parking, WiFi and kitchen amenities all welcome additions. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves. Hosts communicated well and we were able to pick up the keys at the airport upon arrival.

The only downside was no oven for cooking. Literally that is it.

perfect location, its real paradise. we vere 3rd time in this building, but for the first time in this appartment. its good for 2 people (or 2 ppl with 2 kids, cause there are 2 small beds hidden in living room). it was nice to get a welcome bottle of wine thank you! communication was fast, the host let us to check in earlier and check out later, that was very nice the best things are location, amazing view from the terrace, and the feeling of total calmness.

keep in mind, that there is a tiny shampoo and shower gel just for 1 use. that was strange, 99% of such appartments offer cosmetics. we asked for additional one, and host just answered, that the closest shop is "just 3 km away, go and buy". if u provide toilet paper, dish soap and washing liquid, thats nothing to give also a shower gel. also u need to buy everything for cooking, like oil, foil, spices etc. they just could keep it from the previous guests, that would be very useful.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage (Terasse mit weitem Meerblick) ist traumhaft und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Man könnte fast einziehen.

Die Lage gut,Die Außenlagen gepflegt. Das Apartment ist zumindest das Bad renovierungsbedürftig mit Duschtasse und einen sehr kleinen Raum. für den Sommer zu warm wegen fehlender Klimaanlage.

Es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort.obwohl die Anlage über zehn Etagen aus etwa aus ca. 90 Wohnungen bestand. Hiermit mache ich dann auch eine Reklamation geltend : Es gab obwohl angegeben in den Unterlagen keine 24 Stunden Betreuung ; lediglich zwei Telefonnummern wo eine spanisch-sprachige AB lief. Diese wurde übers Wochende nicht abgehört. Wir hatten nach einigen Tagen Aufenthalt das Problem das der Chip für das öffnen und schließen der Anlage am Parkplatz nicht funktionierte sowie ach bei anderen Gästen die wir gesprochen haben. Es gab erst einen Techniker am Montag und dann erst nach Hilfestellung von Booking.com Frankfurt. Damit wurde unser Wanderurlaub mit zwei Tagen Unterbrechnung reduziert weil das Auto durch die Sperrunmg des Tores nicht bewegbar für uns war. Da bestehe ich auf eine Teil-Rückerstattung.
