Thank you for your stay! San Andres is a charming place, and the apartment's elevated location provides a wonderful start to the day. The sea view is beautiful. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for allowing us to call on Christmas Eve regarding the electricity problem.

If our opinion is important, I would suggest a few improvements to increase the comfort factor: *The outdoor furniture on the terrace, including the cushions, needs to be replaced. They are damaged or broken. The outdoor shower is great, but it splashes water in all directions. *The electricity is peculiar 😅! Either there's practically no light (nightlight in the double bed) or it's extremely bright, like in a hospital. A warm light would be more pleasant. Please inform guests that two devices cannot be used simultaneously. *In summary: The slatted bed base should be replaced. This problem occurs with all beds, as they sag over time. Thicker blankets would also be advisable; it gets a bit cold here in winter.

The apartment is nice and the view is great, but the construction works on the street take the charm away. There is noise and dirt everywhere, not a nice view when you look down on the street.

The apartment is fine, the problem is the owners and the management of the property. When we arrived and saw the street condition and noisy construction works, we tried to make our stay shorter. The management was absolutely inflexible, only booking.com responded to our request, but without the management’s consent nothing could be done.
