Ático en San Andres

Fantastisk beliggenhed i San Andres med skøn udsigt over bjerge og hav fra altanen og tagterassen.

Manglede møbler på tagterassen. Lejligheden ligger lige ved elevatorskakt, så man hører lidt trafik derfra om morgenen.

The beach in this town is so wonderful, our favorite beach so far in the island =) extremely good ! =) wooooooohooooooooooooo The apartment itself is good , good spacious, nice terrace, it has an AC/Heatpump unit in the bedroom witch was good now in januari so we could have warmer inside , as it gets too cold and damp inside otherwise , like all places that doesnt have one.. this time of year . The internet was very good speed , one of the best of all places we stayed in the islands . The flat has a very nice view over the beach , town , and mountains as it is located almost at the top of the hill But it is only a 10-15min walk down to the amazing beach. You find many restaurants just 10min walk also, and a Spar supermarket at the bottom of the village , that is open everyday also on sundays , atleast that is how it is now =) there are also other supermarkets in the village all small ones of course , but functional I think you can even walk all the way to Santa Cruz cause when we took the taxi it looks that is actually a walking pavement all the way , but not 100sure if one wants a really long walk 7km or so anyways a good place , and the best beach ever !

Very good to know is that the lock/door to the door that goes into the apartmentbuilding itself is quite tricky and hard to open, so keep that in mind , they key does work , you just have to give it few tries =) They have renovated the place, but for sure there are still some details they could fix to make an even better impression . Some suggestions that will bring the place to new level of freshness is to get new outdoor furniture and sunbeds (they are very old) decorate the terraces with some flowers and plants etc and make them cozy ! =) Fix upp all the doorframes etc indoors as they paint has fallen off at the bottom of them .. Paint white over old plastic details in the walls that has this old yellowish color now woiuld make it look better Fix some more outlets and fix the ones that are there also =) a better sofa would be good as it is a litte worn , you sink down into it when u sit in it =) all these things and it would look so much better
