The location is wonderful and very peaceful. It sits directly on the beautiful Playa Cueva beach, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to Playa de Las Gaviotas, which felt incredibly private and empty in the mornings. We also really enjoyed the big balcony.
The check-in process was a bit complicated due to a misunderstanding after we changed our arrival time, which meant we couldn't access the building or apartment right away. Inside, the sofa and the kitchen dishes had a bit of an older, musty smell to them.

То, что мы бронируем эти апартаменты второй раз, говорит о многом! Прекрасные, укомплектованные апартаменты. Хозяин на связи всегда. Здесь прекрасно всё! Очень ухоженный комплекс. Расположение лучшее! Если будем ещё на Тенерифе, то только сюда!

Wir haben die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr genossen. Man ist direkt am Meer und hört auch im Bett liegend die Wellen rauschen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut isoliert, sodass man von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Küche war vollkommen ausreichend. Salz und Öl war ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Gebäude ist tatsächlich schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was man vor allem an der Außenanlage (Fußball- und Basketballplatz) merkt. Der Strand steht bei Flut komplett unter Wasser, sodass es kein Strand zum im Sand verweilen ist, da dieser immer nass/feucht ist. Dafür ist aber einer der schönsten Strände Teneriffas nur 10min Autofahrt entfernt.
