The Apartment is clean, bright and confortable. Well located for what we needed. Super Easy check in and check out! Host very responsive and caring. Confortable bed with nice bedding. Hairdryer, nice shower.

It would have been nice to have an oven, at least an small electric one. And also basic supplies (Just as Salt, pepper and oil). I know its not needed but it is always nice to have those basics when the guests are supposed to cook. An extra power socket by the beds. Its either the lamp or charging your phone.

Good room, decently equipped, good location, with lift - seems to be an affluent part of the city. Nice outdoor terrace. Good amenities in the area. Top floor so was very quiet. Great views!

Poor communication regarding parking. I pre-booked and confirmed via WhatsApp (with G, no reply), yet no entry card was provided on arrival. By the second night, a card was finally left in my room, but as a solo traveler, I had to find city parking just to leave my car and go inside to retrieve the permit. By then it was pointless; by night three, I’d already been forced to figure out city parking on my own so the car park seemed redundant. I ended up paying 30 Euros for two nights in the multi-story (I was promised a refund for the first night). In hindsight, I’d save the frustration and just use street parking from the start.

Good location

No air conditioning, elevator didn’t take more than one person, was lacking basics such as salt and cooking oil. Staff were not responsive at all. I sent them emails that were not answered and the few that were answered took hours to be answered.
