Magnificent apartment on a quiet beach of dark volcanic sand very rarely frequented by bathers, next to Las Gaviotas beach, just 10 minutes drive to the town of San Andrés where Las Teresitas beach is located and 15 minutes from Santa Cruz .

The Playa Chica building, of unique architecture, is nestled at the foot of a cliff in the Anaga Massif area, it is a protected natural area that was declared a 2015 Biosphere Reserve by Unesco. This natural park is the place with the greatest amount of endemisms in Europe with a great diversity of natural habitats, among which the laurel forest stands out.
The apartment is spacious and cozy, with a large terrace on the beach and stunning views, it has a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, very bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, dressing room, small terrace and a full bathroom
The complex has a large solarium with hammocks, tables, chairs, toilets and community showers.
Free private parking, it is advisable to have your own vehicle as the nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk.
Ideal to rest and disconnect by the sea. Mobile coverage is not good but we have Wi-Fi network.

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The view was second to none. Communication with the host was great. We would stay again.

We had a very nice stay. Check-in went smoothly because dear Monika had sent everything beforehand via WhatsApp. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The lovely Monica asked in between if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. You need a car to get here as it is remote. Phone connection and mobile internet are poor, but thanks to the good WiFi we were always easily reachable.

Wonderful location, close to quiet north Tenerife parks and Santa Cruz. Interesting architecturally designed building right on ocean and private black sand beach. Three big sliding glass doors to patios, all with ocean views. We were able to leave doors open and listen to the ocean at night. Comfortable bed and shower with good pressure. Fast and reliable WiFi. Super easy self entry and kind and very responsive host. We had a wonderful stay.

The beautiful sound of the waves. The beach right there (just take the elevator, how more spoilt can you get ...)
The spacious and warm apartment most generously equipped with everything one could wish for and a lot more, including the huge fruit platter.
And the lovely town of San Andres just a few kilometres away, with very good food and still authentic atmosphere.
But the best was the incredibly wonderful welcome by Monica and her dad Luis, patiently explaining everything and going out of their way to make the guest as comfortable as ever possible.
I will never forget you and hopefully come back!
