The apartment displayed wasnt the apartment we were sent to. They said it was due to a boiler leak but looking at previous reviews we were scammed. The apartment was not clean the bath dirty. The beds not comfertable. And they only told us about apartment change last minute because they werent sending check in instructions. This needs to be removee from booking.com.

Convenient but basic flat with 4 beds which did us for the reason for our trip

Good communication, lovely lady who met us at the property. Clean Nice bedding and towel was welcome. Furniture was nice. WiFi was great

Bedroom door didn't close as bed was in the way. Bathroom door didn't shut properly Hole in the door from bathroom to the bed room, could see straight through. Toilet didn't flush properly No plug in the kitchen, made washing up difficult. Oven made an awful noise No oven gloves or tea towel- had to dry up with a towel. Kitchen very dated, miss match cupboards Switches and electrics not secured properly to the walls

I travelled for a concert. On arrival in Manchester I had a text asking me to contact the host regarding my booking. When I did I was told that my booking could not be filled, Great start, not. I was told that there was a problem with the property. When I explained that I was there for an event and intended traveling on to London for an event the next night, the host informed me that he had another property that I could have , closer to the event venue. I left my car there, went up town, and returned after 5pm , when the property was not ready. I left for the event with the promise that I would be able to access the property later. This was the case. All I wanted was somewhere to stay and this was provided. When I had informed the host that my request for an early check in time had been answered positively, he claimed no knowledge of such an arrangement. Overall, this was not a positive arrangement. I thank the host that he found me an alternative property, and acknowledge that problems can occur, but overall the experience was not good.

See above. Not a good experience. That he thought that it would be okay for a guest to travel from Scotland to Manchester to be told that the original property would not be available was disappointing, but I acknowledge his effort to find me a place to spend the night.

If you like crack dens, you'll love this

The location, perfect that is the only plus side with this.

This place resembled a crack den. Filthy, broken window, broken door handles uncomfortable mattresses, broken back communal door. Host ignored any correspondence when we had the keys. Totally dreadful experience. Travelled with my partner and our children our youngest is a disabled child. This was totally dreadful and inappropriate and unsafe.

Lovely stay, good apartment to stay with your group

The apartment is decent for the price. It’s a comfortable space, and the location is convenient. The management is generally helpful, keys where given to me okay though there are a few things that could be improved in the house. Decent like the pictures so would recommend. Overall, it’s a good option for the value.

Brilliant stay if you're looking to chill out for a day, quiet area, wifi password hard to find.

Nothing beats a comfy bed, a comfy couch and 2 TVs. Loved it.

Wifi password was hard to discover, wasn't many takeaways nearby but we found a place online. The cutlery was a little dirty but there was washing up liquid to help.

Very bad and uncomfortable mattress.

It’s on ground floor

Owner doesn’t response us on time and they are mentioning that we can check in anytime but upon call he said come at 3 Pm and when we came to check in the owner didn’t respond the call and delay for more than 1.5 hours to provide check in as it was underprocess of cleaning. The owner didn’t met and we took keys from cleaner!. The mattress are very bad due to whic i get body pain. There was no washing machine etc.! It was not comfortable at all!.

ended up having to stay in another apartment rather than the one we had actually booked for but still great facilities and very homely

only thing to note is the door to the upper most bedroom self locks once shut so if you were to accidentally leave the keys upstairs youd have to get someone out

STEALS DEPOSITS, OWNER ENTERS WITHOUT KNOCKING, BROKEN SHOWER.

The property was hot

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The property made me feel unsafe as there were this locks on the door that didn’t work, the shower was broken so we was unable to shower. we felt unsafe during our whole stay. properly owner entered the property without knocking

For the price we paid it was very disappointing and the description from booking.com didn’t match

Location. Quiet area and not too fat to the city center

The flat was uncared for and old. Everything was falling apart. The heaters looked 40+ years old. Shower broken, light in the bathroom broken, holes is walls, loose flooring, nasty old linen that’s been washed so many times it lost all colour.

THE NONE STAY at BAMBZ APARTMENT

Unfortunately I'm unable to answer the question, upon arrival which myself and 3 friends did at 2300hrs there was no one there to greet us and allow us access to the apartment! Upon making contact with the number provided which was done several times there was no response just ringing out to answer machine! Then changed to number does not exist, however after about the 7th call somebody answered, when asked the obvious question I was advised the room was not available. So again another obvious question why was I then able to book the apartment via booking.com and why is there a pending transaction of £80 on my account. I WAS THEN ADVISED THAT THE BUILDING HAS A GAS LEAK, which seemed strange being as we could blatantly see people were in the building. Whoever the staff member is that should have been there to do their job had clearly left ahead of time, and from the background noise which I assume was some kind of Bar/Party they were at had no intention of returning and giving us the service that I had just paid for.

The fact that there was no one there to greet us at a time that is stated on the information regarding checking in which is 2300hts and there was no apology for the wasted time or any offer of another room when asked, just a blatant lie!! Money has been offered to be returned however only verbally.
