Apartment for 4 with Kitchen near Naschmarkt & U4 Metro

Booked a stay right by Naschmarkt for a bit of a break from my own place, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Picked up something from the market stalls before heading back, that kind of small local moment made it feel less like a rental and more like actually being part of the neighborhood. Check-in was easy, straight in and settled without any waiting around. The apartment is well arranged and clean, proper bedroom, comfortable sitting area, the kind of place where you can just unwind properly. Kettle and coffee facilities meant a slow coffee before heading out, smart TV for a quiet evening in, parquet floors giving it a nicer feel than most short stays. Kettenbrückengasse close by if needed but mostly just walked around Schlossquadrat and the market itself. Mariahilfer Straße and Theater an der Wien within easy reach for a short wander. Simple, comfortable, and easy from start to finish.

Wir bekamen exakt das Apartment auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, jeder Raum verschließbar für Privatsphäre, falls gewünscht. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und auch in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Geschirr war reichlich da, ebenso Putzmittel und Besen und Schaufel. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Besitzer! Wir hatten beim Bezahlen mit Karte Probleme bei booking.com. Es wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, das Geld direkt zu überweisen, was wir dann auch taten. Es hat wunderbar geklappt. Auch die "Schlüsselübergabe" war sehr einfach. Man bekommt einen Code für die Wohnungstür und muss beim Hauseingang auf eine bestimmte Taste drücken. dies ist bei jedem Eintritt so. Einen Schlüssel gibt es nämlich genau genommen nicht. Ein tolles System! Handy braucht man keines, man muss sich nur die 2 Codes merken. Der Host hat sich telefonisch zur offiziellen Übergabezeit gemeldet, was ich sehr nett fand. Wir wurden gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist und wir erhielten das Angebot, uns jederzeit zu melden, falls nötig. Brauchten wir jedoch nicht, es war alles bestens. Der TV funktioniert, wenn man eine der unteren Tasten wählt. Zum Beispiel Youtube oder Rakuten TV. Die Schönbrunnerstraße ist, obwohl zentral und beim Naschmarkt gelegen, eine sehr ruhige Straße. Zusätzlich gehen die Fenster auch noch in einen Innenhof. Die Wohnung hat viele große Fenster, ist also hell und luftig. Selbst Bad und Toilette haben ein Fenster. Seife ist vorhanden, ebenso Filterpapier für die Kaffeemaschine und alles was man an Textilien so braucht. Man kann hier mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen und kommt gut über die Runden. Wer die Waschmaschine benützen möchte, sollte sich allerdings Waschmittel mitnehmen. Zwei Häuser weiter ist ein Spar, in der Nähe auch eine Billa und Bipa Filiale. Man könnte hier locker einen längeren Aufenthalt planen....mit 62m2 ist hier wirklich viel Platz!

Ich wüsste ehrlich nicht, was ich hier kritisieren könnte. Das einzige Negative ist, dass man hier auch wieder mal abreisen muß.

We spent a few days in Vienna and this apartment was a good call. The location really works! Pilgramgasse metro is just around the corner, Naschmarkt is walkable, and we ended up walking to the Opera and Karlskirche without even planning to. Having that kind of access made the whole trip easier. The apartment is bigger than we expected. Proper living room, separate bedroom, full kitchen, and the toilet and shower are separate too which makes a difference when you're sharing the space. High ceilings, good light, felt comfortable to come back to after long days out. Everything was clean on arrival and the kitchen was actually well stocked, not just the basics. There's also a washing machine which is handy if you're staying more than a couple of nights. Check-in is done by phone and door code. We weren't sure how it would go but the instructions were clear and it was simple. The team responded quickly whenever we messaged, which was reassuring. For the price and location in Vienna, it's genuinely good value.

I didn't have soap or shampoo nor a place to leave the soap when bathing elderly people who can't leave things on the floor is difficult, I didn't have a place to hang the towels either, the sofa a little hard, I think that with very little you can improve a lot
