It is in an excellent location, just opposite metro station, very clean and well equipped with all you can need for a comfortable stay.
The lock on the building door was tricky, but nice neighbour helped us to open it.

Location was amazing. Not even a 15 minute walk to Albertina and Vienna Opera, 7 minutes to the aquarium, and around the same time to the metro. Place was SO clean and smelled amazing. Even though it was hot outside, the place stayed cool because of the building architecture.
If you like very very very hot showers, the water might feel a little lukewarm to you if you’re the second person who’s taking a shower. But honestly this is a small detail.

The location was amazing! The location is across the street from a U4 station which is a very convenient train line for getting to and from the airport. It was also one stop away from the city center stop or a 15 min walk away.
The floors are very creaky and the shower does not have a proper shower curtain or wall. Not sure if it's a cultural difference but just something to keep in mind.

Two rooms are poorly located; you have to go through another room to get to the toilet.
