It was very clean and large. We liked that the toilet and bathroom were separated as four of us were staying here. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher which made it very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with the basics. It was also very bright with all the large windows.
It is only accessible by stairs so would be difficult if you cannot climb to the second floor or if you have heavy luggage.
The sofa bed was bearable for a night as was quite hard.

Located just across the street from train station... so easy to get around.
Very spacious rooms. The bathrooms were small... but the bedroom and living room were much bigger than expected.
Older facility, but clean and well maintained.
Bathrooms were small. The shower is typical for Europe, but a little piece of glass doesn't keep water from splashing around the room. The water closet was no bigger than a closet.
Floor is old and creaky. I would assume that is typical of facilities this old. But when an old man gets up in the middle of the night to use the loo, everyone knows it.
Our check-in was delayed an hour or so because room was not ready.

It is in an excellent location, just opposite metro station, very clean and well equipped with all you can need for a comfortable stay.
The lock on the building door was tricky, but nice neighbour helped us to open it.

Well located, big livingroom, big kitchen, big bathroom
Two rooms are poorly located; you have to go through another room to get to the toilet.
