Geweldig appartement op een fantastische locatie. Meerdere bezienswaardigheden van Wenen op loopafstand. Verder zowel metro als bushalte om de hoek. Snelle reactie van verhuurder wanneer je per mail een vraag stelt.

The stay was overall okay, but it did not meet my expectations. While the apartment had some positive aspects, the downsides outweighed them, and I would not choose to stay here again.
The location was decent and convenient enough.
The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
The parking garage is not next to the accommodation, so I had to carry my luggage from the garage to the apartment.
Be careful when using the garage. It is extremely narrow, and my car got slightly scratched underneath while entering/exiting.
The building’s hallway smelled a bit musty and felt damp.
Inside the apartment there was a slight sewage smell.
My room was right next to the main entrance door. In the morning I was woken up several times because other guests let the door slam instead of closing it gently.
