Lage, Ausstattung, Style, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Aufmerksamkeit: Tee, Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, Salz/Pfeffer, Spültabs, Waschmaschinentabs und ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Schönes historisches Wiener Bürgerhaus mit viel Charme. Wohnung top renoviert. Zum Frühstücken empfiehlt sich das bekannte, traditionelle Café Jelinek ums Eck. Bio-Supermarkt und konventioneller Supermarkt 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, sollte beachten, dass man das Gepäck ohne Lift in den 2. Stock transportieren muss. Aber die Treppen sind breit - es dürfte also normalerweise kein Problem sein.

Locatie foarte buna la 10 minute cu autobuzul de zona ultracentrala. Apartamentul in stil clasic, este la etajul 2, fara lift, renovat recent cu design modern. Zona de luat masa, cea de relax, bucataria, cele 2 bai, sunt mobilate si utilate impecabil. Dormitoarele 3 la numar, au paturi confortabile, sunt spatioase si luminoase.
Credem ca ar fi mai bune draperii in loc de transperante, in doua din cele 3 dormitoare. Deasemeni ar fi utile unul sau doua scaune in dormitoare.

Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war positiv.
Leider hatte Eines der beiden Bäder bereits bei Bezug kein warmes Wasser. Der Vermieter schaffte es nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen Abhilfe zu schaffen bzw. die Problematik vor Ort aufzunehmen. Der E-Backofen funktionierte ebenfalls nicht.
