Everything was perfect. Great location, check in instructions and communication. Rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Vienna. They even had a secured luggage store that we used after check out.

We stayed in apartment 16 on the 6th floor. It has everything you need: a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishes.
The only downside is that there's no door between the bedroom and shower, or between the kitchen and bedroom. The mattress is very comfortable, but the pillows aren't. Also, the building is located opposite a building where you can hear a very loud sound of breaking glass in the morning.

Home from home, everyone you needed for a short stay. Great location. We were given early access to the apartment with no fuss.

Very good location. And the apartment is really not bad.
The kitchen is not the best (e.g. there is no frying pan or steam extractor). But the worst thing is containers for glass garbage. Noise around the clock, day and night.
