Ashley walked me through the house in person and gave me information about the area. They were responsive and helpful. Quick walk to train station.

The train was a bit loud, but expected. Noise from the host house was also noticeable.

Excellent location in a quiet residential area but easy to get to Shinjuku/Shibuya and beyond! The amenities are incredible with everything you could need in a lovely space.

Found the bed to be a bit soft but that’s our personal preference. Loved our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here - a little home away from home in a lovely leafy green residential area of Tokyo. Those booking this place will be aware that it is close to a train line and a studio flat attached to the owner's house so shouldn't be suprised by the noise from both the trains and the neighbours, but I didn't find that it bothered me too much and I hope I wasn't too much of a noisy guest!

The flat is small but has everything that you need. I can't say that there was anything in particular that I didn't like after reading the description of the place thorougly.

- The location is amazing. We loved the neighborhood. - The host was nice and welcoming. - The TV has Netflix. - You can get a really good blackout at night with all the curtains.

- The bed was extremely uncomfortable for us. We are a couple and the bed was so soft we kept falling into each other to the center. - The towels are super thin and tiny. We always had to use 2 to get fully dry. - The walls are thin and we could hear the hosts a bit too well (besides the train which we knew and it was okay). They were a bit loud at times for us. - They have so much things in the room (even if they're there for us to use) that it ends up filling the room too much. The space is already very small as it is normal in Japan, so less furniture and clutter would be better. We barely had space to move around and we had to play Tetris with our suitcases in order to put them out of way. - Unfortunately we found it uncomfortable for 2 people. I think it could be ok just for 1. - It was a bit too expensive for what it is in our opinion. We think some things need to be reconsidered and solved. The place has great potential. A better bed and a good declutter would go a long way.
