We had a nice stay and things were as described, but apartment was old.

The property photos matched the location. Beds were comfortable, parking was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed.

3rd floor with no elevator was tough with luggage. Apartment was old and could use updating.

perfect location and lovely inside

oven didn't work and i am not technical so could t do it myself. Hosts did send a text to rectify but still struggled for people like myself this should be in working order.

The perfect place to relax after adventuring through the Highlands

The property was spacious, and very well situated in Rosyth. The location was close enough to Edinburgh, but still far way enough to keep away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I am sure this property is very nice. The issue was that I paid a 'Last Minute' cancellation fee which I believed would cover me up to the day of arrival ( This was not made clear while they were taking your money) - this was not the case, apparently 'Last minute' meant you had to cancel at least two days before which was a total con. I would have happily given the venue half the money which would have been £150 - not bad for an empty property - but all I got from the owners was a curt rude blunt email "sorry we cannot help you". Not only was my last minute cancellation fee taken but full payment as well, over £300. This was my son's 21st Birthday present which I had saved up for. I would have at least expected a kinder email explaining things or at least opening a dialogue, but apparently that was too much hard work on behalf of the owners!! MEAN and given the current world situation VERY UNKIND!!

Great apartment for the price. Would definitely keep it in mind for any future trip.

The location was perfect for my business trip. A clean and spacious apartment with easy access to parking at any time. Would certainly keep it in mind for both business and pleasure in the future. Good value especially for 4 people. Did not have much opportunity to watch TV but the only one downside appeared that all TV was managed via Apps such as BBC iplayer for which you would need an account to be able to log in or have a mobile device to create an account to with. Not a major issue. There are shops and restaurants quite close by and some within a few minutes walk. Hosts were great and always on hand should there be any issues or questions.

Exceptional

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Had everything you needed for your stay. Jon and his father Stephen were extremely helpful and even helped us carry our belongings up to the flat which was on the 2nd floor.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything in the apartment perfect. The only thing that would have made life a little easier was if there was a lift in the building as my husband and I have mobility problems. But not a problem if you are able-bodied.
