Close to sledding, cross-country skiing, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Hörnlebahn, or easily tackle the 17-minute drive to Murnauer Moos Nature Reserve.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1507-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Loved our stay in Bad Kohlgrub! This alpine chalet was exactly as described. Clean, modern, comfortable, and really allowed us to relax during our vacation! Quiet and quaint, yet had all the convenient touches such as fast wifi. The town is a very short drive away, and has some phenomenal restaurants to enjoy. Hope to come back again soon!

Wir waren in diesem nagelneuen Haus die ersten Mieter und es war perfekt für unsere Familie. Das Haus hat eine geschmackvolle Ausstattung und ist einfach wunderschön. Der Vermieter war sehr symphatisch und über email oder Handy gut zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
