Il était une fois un jardin

It was my second visit but the first for the family members I had with me. They were delighted with their room with open beams and the old ambience of the whole house. The pool was used and enjoyed. As was the huge garden and its hens and white cat. Personally i enjoyed coming back and being so happily welcomed. The breakfast was top end continental. 12 were around the huge table in the large old dining room. Our schedule meant we had to move on quickly.

Parking on a festival night after we came back from eating at the Auberge du Lac was very difficult but we worked out that nobody would be blocked in if we used a space on the small square visible from my bedroom. There is no private parking. I may not be able to return as the stairs to the bedrooms we used this visit are fairly steep and I needed both rails to help me mount and to descend.

L'accueil, la disponibilité de la propriétaire, le verre offert en terrasse, la piscine à disposition, petit déjeuner très copieux, la proximité du château et des restaurants

Nous aurions aimés au moins un ventilateur surtout en période de canicule Pour un long séjour, une petite tv serait appréciée.
