Wonderful! The room would make a great studio apartment, and restaurants and things to do are close by.

Be forewarned that there may be a step down into the room, and a few steps outside. There was a sign posted just outside of the room warning of the falling hazard. However, it was dark outside when I arrived and I didn't see the sign until the next day. Fortunately, I detected the step as I entered the room, so it was not a problem.

Bright airy and spotlessly clean apartment. Had a wonderful stay

Easy to find, and no problem checking in. The apartment was bright airy and spotlessly clean. We parked by the river which is a two minute walk away. The town itself is lovely and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside and neighbouring villages. We really appreciated Fabien’s little touches - tea coffee, and some lovely home made soap. Communication with Fabien was fantastic. Thank you so much. We loved our stay

No hanging space for clothes. Very tight around the bed. Drains need attention.

Awful, no privacy and no ventilation.

Good central location but did not look appealing from the outside (my husband's comment was 'It can't be there, it looks like an derelict shop') and it was clean.

Absolutely no window, very squashed in so you could not open the curtains on the French doors was you were on view to the neighbours and people passing to go upstairs. The room was humid with no ventilation despite the information on Booking saying there was air conditioning (there wasn't). I phoned to complain and they sent a humidifier (Americans call them swamp coolers) which made everything slightly damp! Just awful I literally did not sleep. Never been so glad to leave anywhere. The whole place has just been converted to get as many units in as possible with no thought for privacy or ventilation. Also very low bed and only one chair.

The bed in our apartment was in an unacceptable location, located on a plinth in a very narrow room so one has to stand on the bed to remake it and slide off the bottom of the bed to get to the floor.

Find a real hotel, not this place

We were there in February (low season), and there is NO PARKING ANYWHERE NEAR the apartment. I can only imagine what it would be like during the summer holidays. Only after we booked were we notified that parking suggestions are blocks away!!! As it turned out, there were NO SPACES in any of the locations suggested. Also, we were traveling for a long time as we were movingn to France and had all our belongings in 8 suitcases and our dog with us. We had to block the street with our car, transfer the cases to the lobby of the building through a locked door, then down a narrow hallway and through another door to the apartment. It was a huge hassle. And since no one greeted us, there was no opportunity to declare our dog and pay the VERY EXPENSIVE 21 euro fee for our one night. The owner badgered me for days until he finally gave me the information I needed to complete the fee transfer. I was disappointed in the experience.

excellent in every way

cleanliness 10/10. location 10/10 I met the lady maintaining the property and she showed me around the township. Her warmth, friendliness and help was above and beyond any expectations. As it was Sunday and all the shops were closed she even returned with some milk for me.

very central to restaurants fast food places & bars. comfortable beds, good shower and hot water. plenty free parking within a 5 minute walk

noisy from above flat about 3-4am every night, could hear W/M etc difficult parking to drop off etc shopping/bags as on a busy road. limited kitchen utensils & cooking equipment would be useful to information on area, restaurants and TV channels.

Je recommande fortement, la literie est exceptionnelle j’ai si bien dormi merci beaucoup ! Le fait d’avoir le petit déjeuné livré devant notre porte est également un point fort !

L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale, on a beaucoup entendu les voisins du dessus jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit jusqu’à leur demander de faire moins de bruit

Etape d'une nuit. Très belle chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Literie excellente, bonne insonorisation, petit déjeuner classique de bonne qualité. Nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied. Une bonne adresse où nous reviendrons.

Séjour en famille en hiver très agréable

L'ensemble était très bien, petit déjeuner bien garni, propreté, équipements de la cuisine, literie. Seul petit bémol, mais c'est lié à la météo, il faisait -2°, la clim réversible+chauffage SDB n'étaient pas suffisants. Tout le reste était parfait, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Un hébergement génial et de qualité pour une nuit tranquille !

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de mon hébergement car c’était très calme aucun bruit comme demandé je pense à chacune des personnes qui louent l’hébergement. Franchement la literie est top, l’accueil est très explicite pas de souci pour trouver tout est bien expliqué dans les messages et puis l’hôte est toujours disponible si besoin le soir où on est présent. Si je reviens dans le secteur je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Un séjour idéal proche de mon lieu de travail et de différents commerces

On ne soupçonne pas un tel petit écrin de calme derrière cette façade. Très confortable, j’ai adoré la décoration. Très propre. L’accueil avec son nom sur la porte, et Fabien est très réactif au message. De plus j’étais vraiment très bien placée par rapport à mon lieu de travail. Mon seul regret : que ce soit l’automne, et de ne pas pouvoir profiter du petit coin terrasse
