About this apartment rental
Our unit is located on the first floor, just steps from the gorgeous pool and summer kitchen, and has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway and "Disappearing Island". There 110 units, in five buildings, in Inlet Harbor Villas and is wonderfully maintained by Sentry Management. Amenities include gated community for privacy, two great tennis courts, pet walking area, bicycle racks, covered parking (an ours is right at our front door), large pool and deck, summer kitchen, three well maintained stainless gas grills, and docks for private fishing. The floor plan is very open, with stone tile floors throughout, and glass window wall sliders facing the pool and waterway. There are sliding plantation shutters to provide privacy. In the living room area there are three reclining chairs in the leather sectional and a large flat screen TV. The view to the west in enhanced by spectacular sunsets and the wraparound porch provides space for outside dining on the bistro table and chairs, and direct access to the pool area.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and large flat screen TV. The in-suite bath has two lavatories , large walk in shower and huge closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet, adjoining bath with tub and shower, and easy access to the washer and dryer in the laundry area. The third bedroom has a queen pull out bed with air mattress (very comfortable) and is open to the living room and bar area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stainless double door freezer/refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave, double stainless sink, and black stone counter tops with four comfortable bar chairs. The dining area is all open to the bar area and living area and is furnished with a huge wooden table, a banquet bench and four matching dining chairs, and has a wonderful view of the pool and waterway. It is professionally decorated and designed for “easy living”!
A special treat is the private gated walkway to the beach and designated parking in the adjoining beautiful Minorca complex, which only can be used by Minorca residents and Inlet Harbor Villas residents and guests.

2nd time we have stayed in this home. Beautifully decorated well stocked condo. Love the location next to the river. Daily opportunities to see dolphins playing. Hanging out with the pelicans while fishing off the dock. Enjoy watching the boats go by. Easy walk to the beach and the dog park. Gorgeous sunsets

The condo is perfect! Everything we need to feel at home. Perfect location! We swim every day in the pool; great view of the intracoastal. The dolphins entertain each day! Easy contact with the host!

Beautifully decorated condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Great amenities. Great location next to the dunes and the beach. Awesome sunsets. Spent almost every low tide on the docks watching the dolphins in the near by cove. We had a great winter get away.
