Kick back in the spacious living room, whip up something delicious in the updated kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of an enclosed garage. When adventure calls, you're just moments from New Smyrna Beach's sandy shores, colorful shops, tasty bites, and laid-back beach-town vibes!
One (1) doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.
Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
