Adding the downstairs offers you an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen as well as a 1 bedroom 1 bath efficiency with a mini kitchen!! The house was the perfect location to walk to everything, beach, shops, restaurants etc. Beautiful upstairs home is what we rented, plenty of room for all four of us and inviting family over that live nearby to visit for dinner. The only complaint would be the master shower has just 'warm water', not hot. Everything else in the house had hot water, including master tub, but the master shower probably has a valve issue - other than that the house was absolutely PERFECT - we'd love to rent the entire house another trip, to include more family. Tara was very responsive for any questions we had. THANK YOU!!
