Super-fast Wi-Fi. 2 recliners and leather sofa with low arms for lounging while you are soaked in sunshine as the waves crash just below. Incredible views all the way to Ponce Inlet. Effortless beach access by the pool with freshwater shower and rinse off. 2-bedroom 2- bath in one of the best complexes in NSB. Enjoy luxurious linens, pillows, cookware, furniture and furnishings. The condo is engulfed by the white sand, beautiful blue/green waters and sunshine pouring into the living area and master bedroom. Work in the kitchen is mesmerizing as you look out over the Atlantic Ocean at the horizon. Dolphins, turtles, birds, surfers, lifeguards and people watching at its best. So clean and smells like heaven. Stargazing is a must after having a wonderful meal of fresh seafood. Cook at the condo, stroll down the sidewalk to Flagler Ave. or drive to one of the many waterfront dining establishments both oceanfront and on the intracoastal waterway. Canal St. is a must for shopping, wandering and dining. Come relax and soak up the sun. Then sleep so soundly with black out blinds and the ocean rocking you to sleep. Wake up rejuvenated and ready to play all day!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach view was fantastic plus the access to drive onto the beach is right beside the property. The location to downtown was excellent. A lot of local shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. We would recommend a stay to anyone looking for a beach stay that has less commercial businesses and a lot of local flare and history.

The condo is very roomy & the kitchen was well stocked. The host did respond quickly to our request regarding a few issues we discovered when we arrived. We had a wonderful view of the pool and beach. We loved waking up in the morning and being able to enjoy our coffee watching the sunrise each morning. The complex is well taken care of. It's in a great location as it is within walking distance to several shops and lots of yummy restaurants. The check in process was very easy.

Really great location!! Ocean view, which was incredible to watch the sunrise. It's only a 10 minute walk to the shopping area and restaurants. Since the condo had room for 8 people, I wish we would have known that "parking available" only meant one space as parking in New Smyrna is challenging. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great beach view, well equipped. Reported to host that there was no internet and thus no TV to watch NCAA final game. He gave us the provider’s number and left it up to us to figure out why it wasn’t working. Therefore we spent our first night on the phone with the provider instead of watching the game. After hours and many pictures, we determined that it was a bad connecting wire. The next day around noon we opened the door of the condo and found a replacement cable which we installed ourselves. Bad start to a brief vacation. No apology from host or even a follow-up.
