After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind and watch the crowds below on Flagler Avenue during events from your very own private balcony with outdoor seating! Not feeling like eating out? A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of the dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.
This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.
Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s always a little nerve wracking when you travel, but I never felt nervous about the check in/out process. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured. I read the reviews and knew ahead of time about certain characteristics of the condo and we were prepared. To our surprise the owner supplied each room with ear plugs. We never even used them. The only thing loud was the occasional motorcycle and maybe people talking loud or yelling. It never bothered us. The live music stopped at 10pm and the doors closed to Traders after that so that you couldn’t hear any noise. In the morning, tractor trailers bringing food to businesses on Flagler were not loud at all. Had we been sleeping we wouldn’t have even known they went by. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you may need with plates, cups, pots & pans, etc. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and comfortable. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. We appreciated all of the little touches like bath soaps, washing machine and dishwasher pods. We didn’t have to worry about these things since we flew in for only the weekend. We will definitely be back when the opportunity presents itself. We’re thankful we chose this spot for it’s proximity to everything on Flagler which we absolutely love.

VERY CLEAN! The primary bedroom is very spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bed is firm, not what we typically prefer, but it was very comfortable and we slept well!Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We ate breakfast in the courtyard a few times in the little restaurant right outside our door.Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out with a question. No beach chairs were provided but I did inquire for a couple of chairs and host provided. Very thoughtful!!TV’s in both bedrooms and main area, door from second bedroom onto balcony, great water pressure in showers.They do warn about noise and over the weekend (Halloween weekend) it was very noisy until after midnight Friday and Saturday night. We didn’t mind, but it was more than anticipated. The location was perfect!
