A beautifully furnished, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location, with delicious breakfast.

The apartment is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the centre. It’s very tastefully furnished, cosy, and well-equipped. Carine and Giona are wonderful hosts — attentive, helpful, and very kind. The breakfast is fabulous, delicious with a variety of Italian specialities.

The best place to start a holiday.

Amazing hosts (we were on the start of a one month cycling trip amd they happily disposed of all our bike boxes and packingaterials). Cividale is a beautiful town and this is the perfect location. Spacious room. Nicely furnished. Fantastic breakfast included. One of the best places I have ever stayed in Europe.

Warm personal welcome, pickup on the parking lot and introduction to the apartments. Very nice smell in the building and the apartments. Tasty and beautiful decorations, creative rooms setup. Perfectly working A/C. Cozy terrace with small fountain. Tranquille at night. Generous tasty breakfast with lots of extras. Great stay, great value, definitely wholeheartedly recommend staying here, would not hesitate a second to come a again!!! One of the gems!!!

There was nothing not to like. Only be aware it is on the 2nd floor (no lift) if you have any troubles climbing stairs...

Clean, comfortable, well located and lovely staff.

Very nice room and a comfortable bed. Well situated in the city to explore. Host met us in person and was very friendly. They prepared a breakfast for the morning which we didn't expect but was lovely. We stayed for one night and found it was a very good space, place and price for the visit.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Everything about the apartment was great, lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and in a great location one minute from free parking and just a few minutes to the main square. The breakfast was also amazing and much more than we expected, we got a basket of fresh pastries, yoghurt, meat, cheese, fruit and other bits left outside our room for us which was a lovely start to the day. Really great value for money, definitely recommend.

Very nice place, and hosts who personally make sure that you have a good stay.

The owners were really engaged and friendly. The place is obviously taken care of with love and the the hosts want to make sure, that you are having a good time in their place. The breakfast is nice and delivered to your room and there is even a record player with selected records there.

It was amazing! The room was big and spacious, sweetly decorated and cozy. Bed was perfect, the pillows were heavenly. The bathroom was big, the shower amazing. There were natural shampoos and they even add a parfume sample. They asked us what we prefer to eat for breakfast and the breakfast basket was full of amazing food. In the kitchen you have all of the equipment, a coffe machine, tea, cacao, sugar... There is a beautifull garden/terrace with small waterfall. It's near the city center and all around are bars and great places to eat. I just can't express it with words. 100/10 ❤️

- Apartments are spacious, clean and very cosy. You feel right at home there. - very helpful landlords. Be ready if you have any questions. Provide very useful information about restaurants and other interesting facts about Cividale del Friuli. Owner speaks fluently French and Italian. Her partner speaks also fluent in German. Her son also speeks good English so there is no language barrier. Spacious and well-equipped bathroom. There was also an excellent kitchenette. Breakfast was tasty and well arranged. Apartment is within walking distance of the lively center of Friuli. All in all, highly recommended.

Tiszta, jól felszerelt, ízlésesen berendezett apartman, pazar reggeli.

1 éjszakát töltöttünk a szálláson abból a célból, hogy Nizza-ból félúton megpihenjünk egy köztes állomáson, mielőtt hazautaznák Magyarországra. Az apartman szuper volt, szívesen maradtunk volna tovább is! Remek reggelit kaptunk, a szállás ízlésesen berendezett és jól felszerelt, illetve nagyon tiszta. Gyakran járunk Olaszországban, biztos, hogy még vissza fogunk térni!

Verrassende plek die je nooit meer vergeet

Het was een heel bijzonder ingerichte kamer, ingericht door iemand met liefde voor binnenhuisarchitectuur. Alle accessoires op elkaar afgestemd, bijzondere kraan, etc. Je werd steeds positief verrast, echt een kamer die je nooit meer vergeet! Er stond een groot bad in de kamer, daar hebben we ook maar gebruik van gemaakt. Leuk, al ging het wel ten koste van de ruimte in de kamer. Een bankstel was voor ons ook prima geweest. Er was wel een heel gezellig dakterras waar we met andere Nederlanders wat hebben gedronken. En het ontbijtpakket was super de super!

Praktisch een paar puntjes: Er was weinig plek om onze natte kleren op te hangen (we waren natgeregend toen we aankwamen). En boven het bed was een plank voor een muziekinstallatie, dat was een beetje eng, je zou je hoofd er makkelijk aan kunnen stoten. Ook hing er een televisie naast het bed, ook daar zou je je hoofd aan kunnen stoten, zeker 's nachts.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch Host, alles per Whatsapp und in Deutsch Sehr individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer Gute kleine Küche Frühstück kommt nach Auswahl in grossem Korb, alles frisch, alles bestens; und dann muss man alles selbst in der Pantry machen wie man es will. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads vorhanden Betten sehr angenehm Verdunkelung mit Fensterläden 3min zu Fuss in die Stadt Fahrrräder standen im EG im Gang, Haustüre ist immer abgeschlossen Zimmer ist mit 3 anderen im 2. OG; dort gibt es auch kleine Terasse für alle. Alles sehr speziell vom Design eingerichtet, macht Spass, wirklich mal was anderes

Auto muss irgendwo ums Eck parken, aber man kann vor dem Haus kurz anhalten zum Ein-/Ausladen

La stanza molto bella con tre finestre molto luminosa e molto curata nei dettagli ; il bagno nuovo con la finestra fornito di set cortesia . Sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Apartment in der Altstadt von Cividale del Friuli

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Apartment mit einer netten Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten in die Altstadt, trotzdem nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche ist perfekt. Ganz besonders ist das phantastische Frühstück. Von frischem Obst über Schinken, Müsli und Dolce war alles reichlich vorhanden. Es wird in einem Korb gebracht und vor das Zimmer gestellt, Frühstück ist dann im eigenen Apartment. Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
