Die fürsorgliche telefonische Betreuung. Die Vorbereitung von Frühstück trotz frühzeitiger Abreise.
Kaffeemaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Kapselnehälter überfüllt und nicht entleert.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der Altstadt gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein altes Haus, angenehm kühl (draußen war es über 30 Grad). Einige wenige große, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr liebevoll gestaltet, komfortabel, Stilmöbel, gutes Bad, Balkon. Wunderbares Frühstück. Und zwei sehr liebenswerte freundliche Damen im Service, die uns die Auskünfte gaben, die wir brauchten und die sich am Morgen auch noch Zeit für eine kleine Plauderei nahmen. Sehr sehr nett! Auch die Hinweise zum Self-Check-In waren informativ und hilfreich. Alles bestens!
