Great Location once you can find it. Nice place and well kept.
Bathroom could do with an overhaul - especially the shower which needs some upgrades as it is very dated and grubby - shower in the bathtub.
Direction for the property could be better - also sign to the property is hidden by trees and shrubs....

We were on a gundog holiday. It was only 7 minutes away from our training so that was good. We know the area well. Nice and quiet. Communication was good from Emily (house keeper). Good equipped kitchen.
It does need upgrading. Obviously it is dog friendly but the sofa very uncomfortable and lots of nicknats.
