Location in very peaceful and beautiful view of the place to its surroundings hills and gardens. Rasty made it unforgettable. He guarded us with his charming eyes and fluffy fur to check if we enjoyed our overnight stay right till we departed.

Beautiful spot, peaceful, well kept. Good kitchen facilities. Good water pressure in the shower. Two toilets were very convenient. Owners friendly and helpful.

The bigger unit did not have its own toilet or bathroom; and there was no internal access into our unit. So they had to go outside to come into the toilet; and we all had to share one bathroom.

Was super handy to where we were going to be for a wedding. It had some lovely touches, some things in the fridge, a book with information, plenty of towels and even a cot for our daughter. Beautiful space!

This is my second visit here and it absolutely bar far the best air bnb I’ve stayed in . Everything was immaculate , plenty of room , very comfortable bed , lovely powerful shower , fresh muesli and Greek yoghurt for breakfast . I could not fault it . 10/10 from me . Would highly recommend staying here .

I could not fault this place u give it a 10 out of ten . By far the best bnb I have stayed at to date . Attention to detail , privacy , cleanliness oh and the fresh oranges from the tree that were left in the room were delicious. And so lovely that it’s port friendly . Cheers

Lovely setting, spacious and clean and tidy. Nice selection of spreads plus eggs, milk, bread, muesli, yoghurt. Rusty the dog was a friendly welcome on arrival. Lyn and Keith were friendly but gave us privacy.

The place, the scenery, the welcome party, everything was great. Very quiet, and cosy. The units were beautiful with plenty of space. And outside the view was stunning. Close to the venue but away from the clutter and noise of the city.

Independent from the owners home, quiet rural setting, friendly and helpful host, friendly dog

Large, separate bedroom did not have internal bathroom/toilet access so have to walk outside on unsheltered path to use toilet in the night (sometimes in the rain)

Amazing place to stay!

The responsiveness and super friendly and helpful owners. We stayed at really short notice and they made us feel really welcome. Being allowed to have our dog with us made all the difference too. Plus all the lovely breakfast things!

A cute little breakfast was waiting, complete with eggs from thier chooks. Sustainability packages bread for toast, coffee etc. Even a clothes rack for drying our partially dry karate uniforms (we were up for a tournament). Just lovely

Quiet country relaxing pad to base yourself for a day of a week. Close to Pukekohe and Bombay.

Location was very convenient, quiet and picturesque, Rusty the lab met us with a warm welcome before we met Lyn and Keith, Rusty's owners. Accommodation was spacious, clean with all amenities, with additional touches like fresh eggs from the hens on the land, local bread and fresh milk and butter. It was a pleasure to stay at the cottage and I will use it again when in town. Thanks, Lyn, Rusty and Keith!

Wi-Fi did not work when I tried it a number of times over the days (but used my own hotspot data so no problem). Turning into the driveway from Pukekohe late at night was difficult to find the gate on the right hand side as headlight did not pick it up, easy to overrun as on a hill and a busy road. Some kind of marker would be useful on the left.
