Anas Prime Place

We had a very pleasant stay at Anas Prime Place in Roma, Italy. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well prepared for our arrival. What stood out the most was the excellent communication with the apartment staff. They were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we received a quick and clear response, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay at Anas Prime Place again. Highly recommended!

Comfy beds, the shower is perfect for a holiday with your girlfriend, very clean, the AC make the nights bearable, contactless check out, fridge with a freezer, window with view at the streets, low traffic and it doesnt bother at all when sleeping and at the same time its very close to the centre of rome, we got everywhere by foot, tv with access to alot of channels. The shower works, it can be hot and cold with easy regulation The room are cleaned everyday, you can hang a sign if you dont like it

Blankets for the 3 person room are kinda lacking, one blanket is a normal one and the second one is thin and weird. Tv is not a smart tv, you cant connect via bluetooth on your phone and share a screen to watch movies in your own language. Connecting via usb also doesnt work, the tv doesnt have a support for that or atleast i didnt manage to get it to work You cant take the shower head out, its fixed in place so for people that cant get their hair wet its a problem

The reception excellent

The staff was helpful

The Hôtel description doesn’t mention about the bathroom being separate from the room which is biggest disappointment. I felt they should mention this clearly in their description in booking.com. I booked this hotel for morning breakfast. They deliver breakfast to the rooms around 10am by the time which most of the tourists leave. So the payment for breakfast was wasted. Also they mentioned free commuting from the airport which is also incorrect. They mentioned in last minute that they charge 90eur. We were given a room with attached bathroom on request after a day which is in 4th floor and the lift which already have a condition like 1 person with luggage or 2 persons with 1 luggage doesn’t work regularly so we had to drags our luggage through 4 floors. Overall the room is decent but the false promises and false description in the site is deceiving.
