The reception excellent

the location was great, metro station wasn’t that far from it and you can easily get access to public transportation. most importantly the workers were really great . They gave me a city map also showed me all the places that I can go and visit and must to activities. bless to those people

to be honest I wasn’t a big fan of their washroom but it was okay since I was there only for 2days

Good location, generous sized room, and flexible staff when I had a last minute addition to join my stay. AC was perfect.

Quite difficult to get into the hotel - buzzer was ignored for a while, as was telephone number. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue if you know what you're getting into, but 1 shared bathroom per ~5 bedrooms means queues. Sound proofing of door was inadequate.

The staff was helpful

The Hôtel description doesn’t mention about the bathroom being separate from the room which is biggest disappointment. I felt they should mention this clearly in their description in booking.com. I booked this hotel for morning breakfast. They deliver breakfast to the rooms around 10am by the time which most of the tourists leave. So the payment for breakfast was wasted. Also they mentioned free commuting from the airport which is also incorrect. They mentioned in last minute that they charge 90eur. We were given a room with attached bathroom on request after a day which is in 4th floor and the lift which already have a condition like 1 person with luggage or 2 persons with 1 luggage doesn’t work regularly so we had to drags our luggage through 4 floors. Overall the room is decent but the false promises and false description in the site is deceiving.
