What a lovely lovely stay. Hazel was amazing, she met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, she made us some homemade scones that were absolutely delicious.
We were going to a wedding that night and Hazel offered to come in and put the heating on for us coming back, so sweet.
There is very little i can fault, Decor was a little dated, but it didn't bother us at all.

The location is great for the neighbouring towns Ballybofey and Stranorlar only 15 minutes from letterkenny, Hazel the host was fantastic helped me out with directions offering area codes which was fantastic, there was tea, sugar, coffee and milk available on arrival. Hazel also made home made scones which is a great personal touch, the bungalow is spacious has WiFi, television, all kitchen appliances. The bed was very comfortable had a great sleep, great shower and is also in a great location.
Everything was great, Hazel cannot help enough and advised me I could call with any problems. There was no problems with the accommodation, it is bright roomy and clean and very comfortable.

Accommodation was warm, welcoming, peaceful and very comfortable. We had a great nights stay and set us up for a great day at work. Hazel, the host, was a brilliant host, leaving us some goodies and essentials and helped us with anything we needed!
Accommodation is very outdated but this was part of the charm. Shower could be a bit stringer but still did the job! Comfy and we had a great nights stay.

Excellent home. Fabulous fresh scones made by our host. The house is kitted out either everything. Not too long of a walk into town. A beautiful area. I was in the Gaeltacht nearby and it was fantastic.

Location was excellent - quiet rural setting. Hazel was very welcoming and provided us with a tour of the accommodation to show where everything was. Lots of useful info on-site regarding where to eat and sights to see in the local area.
We had no complaints at all.

Great country side feel. Cozy and nice small home.
Interiors are quite old which is ok but WiFi was missing because of which kids were kind of bored as TV was too small to see anything.

Wonderful. Owners were amazing. It was a delightful night’s stay. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Hope to return again 😃
Not that we didn’t like but no WiFi. Actually added to the experience-getting away from it all 🙂

The host Hazel was marvellous- genuine hospitality! The bungalow was spotless with all the required amenities for an enjoyable stay.
Very comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, VERY clean and gorgeous view of the meadow. Quiet and relaxing.

Hazel was a wonderful host. The living area and bedrooms were very clean. Hazel was very accommodating, even picking us up from the bus station upon our arrival. She also made me brown bread and left us enough pantry items to keep us going. Very safe neighborhood with farm animals across the street.
The location was farther from the main road than expected and it was quite narrow for walking. The shower had some issues which we reported .

I absolutely adored this detached little bungalow set in it's own pretty garden and surrounded by gorgeous meadows just outside the bustling town of Balleybofey - which has everything you could possibly need. The Bungalow is like the Tardis...surprisingly spacious and light with lovely views from the lounge and bedrooms. And it's a Period Piece of 1970's Vintage Cool! The building and furniture are both groovy, nostalgic, charming, functional and extremely comfortable. I loved the pink bathroom suite! This place is an absolute gem. I was touring the West of Ireland with my motorbike and it was a joy to return to such a peaceful and cosy home after a long day in the saddle! Hazel the host (who lives nearby) is warm, friendly and helpful and bakes rhubarb scones - delicious! The rural setting is some way from the coast but its' central location in Co Donegal means you can head off to explore a completely different coastal and mountain area each day...including Northern Ireland, the border being only a few miles away.
I liked everything about it. I wish I could give it 11 stars...it was my idea of Perfection!

Hazel was very kind, ans she was there exactly when we agreed to be at the place to give us the keys. She was very welcoming and gave us a detailed summary of the place and the surrounding area to make our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. She also brought us freshly baked scones which were delicious, thank you very much for everything Hazel!

Loved the location, only minutes from the town and easy walkable. The hosts were just excellent and the gift of home made scones a lovely little touch.
Internet not available, but perfect if you want to get away from it all.

I loved the host and the easy communication. She went the extra mile for us and made it feel like home for the night! The scenery was beautiful with easy links to shops and things to do yet in a peaceful location
The fact we didn't stay longer!

We thought the location was very nice, although the property itself was in need of
a bit of decorating it was clean enough to be comfortable and the beds were excellent. We had the use of a washing machine and dryer! very much appreciated.

Nice bungalow, 2 bedrooms 3 beds 1bath… well equipped kitchen, hot showers. The owner met us. She had some eggs & scones for us which was really nice. Coffee & tea available… and yes, a washing machine was available but we did not use it. Highly recommended ! Great for families 😀

Excellent location. Excellent hosts. The scones were lovely. They must be tried.
Nothing to do with the property or the hosts. The weather could have been kinder, but it much as we expected. It didn't stop us doing anything.

We had a wonderful stay here and will absolutely return the next time we visit Donegal. It had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts went above and beyond. Our daughters loved seeing the cows, sheep, lambs and chicken on the farm and are already asking when we'll go back!

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very quaint. The views were wonderful and our hosts Trevor and Hazel were fantastic. The homemade brown bread baked by Hazel was lovely. 10 out of 10 across the board. We will be back again.

Hazel met us at the property and brought some milk so we could make a cup of tea when we arrived which we really appreciated. She also brought us some pancakes
While the location was lovely it wasn’t practical to walk into town but taxi’s into town weren’t that expensive
