Old Convent in Via De Neri

This third-floor modern apartment far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Leonardo, supplies everything you could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including snacks and very good coffee. His kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He even met us for an early check-in. The location is excellent--walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and main tourists sights, including the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and more. I highly recommend staying at the Old Convent in Via de Neri. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Florence!

You need to be able to climb a couple of flights of stairs.

Fabulous location and flexible apartment layout with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 other sleeping spaces. The kitchen is very functional and the bathroom a pleasure to use. We were about 50m from the hop-on hop-off city bus an downstairs we loads of great shops and eateries.

2 flights of stairs! But it helped my step count :)

Great location, felt like being at home. Could walk out the door and immerse ourselves in Florence. Leonardo is an exceptional host. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Outside of host control, there can be some loudness coming from the street due to weekend activities. It is a very "young" city with lots of students. Earplugs remedied the situation nicely.
