Location was great. It's close to the river and there's a lot going on. It's quiet at night in your room, though bustling downstairs. The owner provides a book of recommendations and tips, which was a great addition to the stay. The washer is a little tricky, you need to forcefully shut the door, but it works and soap was provided. You have to hang your cloths to dry, so start laundry early. This was a huge perk for us, since we were traveling light.
Very minor however, they ask you to take out your garbage before you leave. The garbage receptacle is close, around the other side of the building but it's one more trip down 3 flights of stairs. Again, minor but unexpected.
