Location is perfect. Although on a busy center city street, it was very quiet. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and filled all our requests.

Didn't actually have a living room ,but there was a large kitchen that we could all sit around the table and be together.

Awesome location! Nice size apartment. Other than the uncomfortable bed it was a pretty good stay

The beds were very uncomfortable and the double bed was extremely noisy. Should mention stairs in add. Elderly would definitely not be making it up or down those stairs especially with any sort of baggage

The apartment is big enough for four adults, in a very central location a few minutes walk from most of the major landmarks in Florence. It’s also situated in a street with amazing restaurants/eateries/gelaterias. I would definitely come back. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and nicely decorated. The whole apartment was super clean and I would highly recommend it.

Checkout at 10:00 was a bit too early particularly when check in time is at 3pm. We wanted to spend the day in Florence and needed a place to leave our luggage, luckily, the host was kind enough to facilitate a small place where to keep our suitcases and that saved our day. A small detail that was missing is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Given we only stayed for 1 night, it would have been nice to supply w some of the basic things you may need as a guest.

Perfect location in Florence in walking distance to everything in the City Centre. Fully equipped kitchen, and good size rooms.

The double bed whilst comfortable at first, gave me a stiff and sore back unfortunately and I would really have struggled if we were staying longer than 2 nights. Maybe time for a new mattress?
