We liked a lot. Calm and good place , not far from all commodities

The place was super . Absolutely calm but 13 minutes from the city centre . Clean bedsheets, towels and all the equipment was working , a lot of table games and

Some dust everywhere , and the floors were not clean (socks became dirty in a minute..). This does not cost 60 euro that we paid for cleaning…almost no space to hang/ put the cloths ( only for jackets ).

A good 20 minute drive to the lake and further to Annecy itself on winding roads. Not a problem for us but don’t expect an easy ride and a boulangerie on the corner

Exceptional

Fantastic apartment renovated by the owner of the farmhouse below. Lots of timber, quality finishes and lovely feel to the place set in a peaceful loation 4 miles from Annecy with a quick easy route into the centre. Nice veranda outside under cover to sit during the hot summer days. Apartment felt nice and cool after 35 degrees of heat outside.

It's a magical and perfect place. We could recommend it completely. A car is needed, but you are in Annecy in 15-20mins. Parking was free, we were here for the Annecy film festival. So it was not a problem at all and really very convenient to park almost in front (at the parking slot) of the L'Imperial...

Très bel appartement ! Spacieux, confortable, apaisant dans lequel on se sent réellement bien ! Et très bien équipé en vaisselle, électroménager, etc !

Séjour agréable dans un logement correct.

L’ambiance, la décoration et la situation géographique. Ainsi que le stationnement pour notre voiture.

Absence de chauffage à l’arrivée, Pas de visibilité sur le paysage car celui trop haut. Société de gestion inefficace. Rideaux occultant de la pièce de vie détériorés. Porte de la salle de bain non verrouillable ainsi que des wc communiquant avec la salle de bain.

L appartement correspond tout à fait a la description faite. On s'y sent à l'aise. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très bien

Technique : On à pas pue se servir des deux lavabos car , ils fuyaient au niveau des bondes et siphons .... + Impossible de se connecter à la wifi , mais sans gravité pour 4 jours . + Poignée de porte wc en céramique cassée , très coupante comme le verre (dangereux).
