Excellent stay very nice quiet place to stay, farm house has charming character to it!

It was clean. I did not realise it was a Bed only facility so arrived with no food or drink to use facilities I also switched from my UK phone to using my french phone so did not receive code for Access on UK phone and waited for someone to appear. A neighbour provided me the number to contact the host who then told me the code and said he had sent it to me 30 minutes earlier---- this was not good enough I should have known the code or where to get it from much earlier, I had been driving for two hours ,arrived and did not realise I had to turn my UK phone on!
It was cold and stark Fortunately I only needed a bed locally to an event and it met my purposes but that would be the only reason to use it

Perfect property keeping up the feel of an old farm house but mixing in the comfort of modern life. The rooms are cozy and there is all you need for a full week in Annecy and surroundings. Plus the welcome notebook with all recommendations and tips get extra points. The garden is awesome too

Des vacances au vert aux portes d'Annecy
Le logement est conforme aux photos. De grands espaces chaleureux où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Vu la saison nous n'avons pas profité des extérieurs mais environnement très calme. Nous y retournerons sans problèmes.
Les frais de ménage sont élevés et manque effectivement de rangement pour les courses. Il manque une fiche dans le classeur pour les consignes "poubelle".

Le logement plein pied avec une vue au calme sur le jardin. Les hôtes voisins de notre logement étaient charmants et discrets
l'assise du canapé et le mobilier de jardin n'étaient pas confortable. La bouilloire et la cafetière étaient très entartrées nous obligeant à acheter du produit pour y remédier.
