Convenience/location at the airport can't be beat. Large room with mini-fridge and pot to heat water for tea or coffee. Short walk into terminal where a mini-market and restaurants are located. View of parked planes from our room was fun; light-blocking drapes were effective and it was surprisingly quiet.

Our room was next to the hotel entrance--although we were still able to sleep before our 4am flight. There were some scuff marks on the carpet but the room was clean. There was no staff at the front desk at 245am for check out.

It's on the airport grounds, and there's an excellent cafe at the departure level at the Astana airport.

Difficult to find. Staff not very helpful. The lady at the front desk spoke no English at all. We had to communicate via Google translator and my fiancée, who spoke to her on the phone on my behalf, had to explain and plead for me to be allowed to check in early, when they had plenty of rooms available. I attempted to check in at 10:30 am. I had send a message to the property the day before, asking for an early check in. No one read my message and I was charged an 18,000 Tenge surcharge for checking in 3.5 hours before 2:00 pm. But, I had been traveling for two days straight, including 1 layover of 8 hours in NYC and one of 10 hours in Warsaw. I wanted to lay down and shower. Only that the shower pressure was barely more than a trickle.
