Saad Hotel Astana is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the city. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, while the facilities are excellent in every aspect. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, providing outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Whether it’s the comfort, cleanliness, amenities, or hospitality, Saad Hotel delivers a true five-star experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Astana and would happily stay here again.

The hotel itself is fine despite it is a bit dated. The worst part is the staff! When we brought our luggage entering the hotel, the front staff were watching at us without doing anything. Front desk staff are not friendly.
Probably the General Manager of the hotel should come down and observe how the front desk staff performed.
