Хорошее расположение в центральной части города с доступом к общественному транспорту, в том числе и лрт. Найти легко и есть место для парковки рядом со входом. В номере есть кондиционер, балкон, принадлежности для умывания, тапочки

Кондиционер слишком шумно работает, вода в душе уходит не быстро, возле умывальника тесновато. Чайник был бы не лишним, а также не хватило стула (было подобие табурета)

The place is in good location. It is newly renovated, A/C works good.

Never received instructions for check in even when I sent messages saying I was arriving around 3am. When I arrived nobody answered the ring or phone for 2 hrs. I was just outside waiting for a miracle, finally ay 5 am they answer the ring and I could check in. The place is newly renovated but the quality of the finishes are poor (shower door doesn’t close completely per instance). There was a weird smell maybe from renovation materials that made me sick with head ache.

Great location, just around the corner from the Asia Park mall which has a fantastic and very large supermarket inside, as well as a 15-20 minute walk from the Khan Shatyr Centre and the Astana Opera. Excellent location for airport access also, as you don’t have to cross the city! The room was a good size and comfortable, the bathroom was good with a large shower. There was a small fridge also and towels and slippers provided. The lady who runs it was pleasant, doesn’t speak English but Google Translate will see you right!

This isn’t a hotel but a converted apartment on the ground floor of a (slightly dingy) residential building - there is a small sign above the main entrance saying “Prospect” - and there are no facilities except your room and its contents. No kitchen facilities or common area. My room overlooked a busy city road so the traffic was loud at times, also there were two large dusty, dirty old water drums on the enclosed balcony as well as a used ashtray with cigarette butts in it. The heating was also on even though it was 20 degrees outside so the windows had to be left open. Overall fine for a night or two and no major complaints for the price! Many thanks
